Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and ensure the best journey for every patient. You will be trained in optics, products, and managed vision care, guiding customers through a simple, human, and bold experience.

The role demands optical knowledge, strong customer service, and leadership in daily sales and operations, with a focus on meeting eyewear needs and achieving goals.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Customer-focused with strong product knowledge in eyewear.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment of eyewear to ship.
