Job summary

Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a motivated Visionworks Sales Lead to serve as the face of our store. You will guide customers through their eyewear journey with a friendly, knowledgeable approach and ensure every interaction is simple, human, and bold.

You will help meet daily sales goals, engage with patients, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge through ongoing training. This role also supports merchandising and fulfillment to deliver Right the First Time results.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of optical or eyewear sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• HS diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily sales goals by delivering excellent Customer/Patient experiences.
• Engage with patients to recommend eyewear products and services.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in training to ensure proper fitting.
• Support store operations including inventory, merchandising and order fulfilment.
