Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a part-time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through eyewear selections and the Visionworks experience. You will be trained in optics and products, ensuring a friendly, human, bold service approach for every patient and customer.

The role involves meeting daily sales goals, engaging with customers, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting store operations, including opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measures eyewear needs and maintains knowledge through training to ensure Right the First Time; may troubleshoot eyewear needs.
• Performs day-to-day store operations and supports financial and customer experience goals, including opening/closing as needed.
