Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through a seamless eyewear journey with friendly, knowledgeable service.

This part-time role requires optical experience, a valid state license where required, and a passion for helping customers look great and see clearly. You’ll drive sales while delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other).
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend eyewear products and services
• Measure patients for eyewear and update product knowledge through training
• Support store operations including opening/closing as needed in lead roles
