Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead in Maryland for part-time roles. The position focuses on guiding patients through an exceptional Visionworks experience, combining optical knowledge with sales leadership.

The role requires prior optical experience, state licensing as needed, and the ability to meet daily sales goals while training and mentoring team members. Benefits include competitive pay and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including opening and closing in LEAD positions only
