Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with optical product knowledge and service excellence.

You will ensure eyewear needs are met in a simple, human and bold way, drawing on prior optical experience and state license requirements as needed. The role emphasizes achieving daily sales goals, engaging customers, and providing expert eyewear recommendations, with responsibilities including store

Formación

• 12 months optical experience or ABO certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products/services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through training.
• Support store operations including opening/closing duties and day-to-day tasks.
