Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding the customer journey from greeting to eyewear selection. You will drive daily sales, engage with patients, and ensure the eyewear needs are met with a simple, human approach.

You will be trained in optics and our products/services, with opportunities for ongoing training and advancement. This role includes occasional opening/closing duties and a focus on delivering a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
