Job summary

A Visionworks Retail Third Key/Sales Lead is the face of our store, dedicated to delivering the best patient and customer journey. You’ll be trained in optics, products/services, and managed vision care to meet eyewear needs in a simple, human, and bold way.

Responsibilities include driving daily sales goals, engaging with customers to recommend products, and supporting store operations, including opening/closing when needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including opening/closing the store as needed
