Visionworks of America in Millington, TN is seeking a Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of our store and ensure an exceptional patient and customer journey. You will be trained in optics, products, and vision care, guiding customers through a simple, human experience.

The role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, engaging customers, and applying product knowledge to meet eyewear needs, while handling store operations and teamwork for a bold, customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed.
