Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a part-time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of the store and guide customers through the Visionworks experience. You will be trained in optics, products, and managed vision care to meet eyewear needs with a simple, human and bold approach.

You will deliver daily sales goals, engage with customers, and ensure their journey is exceptional. Roles include opening/closing the store and ongoing product knowledge development.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
