LensCrafters in Skokie, IL is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to provide an exceptional shopping experience and build lasting customer relationships. You will greet customers, maintain brand standards, and stay informed about current product offerings.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and work well in a team. The role includes some opening/closing duties and regular store meetings.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while also being committed to creating an amazing customer experience
• Self-motivated, team player

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, greeting and serving customers, informing merchandisers on stocking needs, maintaining visual standards
• Manage complex customer service situations for VIP clientele and retention
• Remain up-to-date on product assortment and serve as brand ambassador
• Assist with opening/closing duties as needed
• Attend meetings and follow management instructions
• Be punctual and communicate obstacles to the manager
• Represent the brand’s culture within the local community
