Qualifications

• 1 year of previous sales or customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience, including greeting and serving customers, and inform merchandisers on stocking needs.
• Ensure all visual standards set forth by management and the company are maintained.
• Problem-solve for any customer issues and loop in management for assistance.
• Manage complex customer service situations by applying a high touch level of assistance to VIP clientele.
• Remain up-to-date on current product assortment to serve as an informed ambassador of the brand.
• Actively listen and follow instructions from management at any time.
• Occasionally assist with opening and closing duties.
• Comply with professional regulations, internal rules and code of conduct.
• Attend and participate in occasional work meetings.
• Hold yourself accountable for shift punctuality and communicate obstacles to management.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by leveraging your connection to local and broader communities.
