Job summary

LensCrafters in Prosper, TX is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye-care service and drive sales. You will assist customers with frame selection, take measurements with optical tools, and coordinate with the Optician to ensure the right vision solution for each guest.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math.
• Able to adapt to new technology with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilizes optical prescription to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assists customers in selecting frames and coordinates frames with measurements to help them find the right vision solution.
• Conducts measurements using appropriate optical tools and consults with Optician as needed.
• Contributes to a positive store environment and builds professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and staff.
• Keeps displays and inventory clean, attractive and organized.
• Promotes an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
