Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Fort Worth, TX. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers in selecting frames, and help them find the best vision solution using their prescriptions and measurements.

You will work with the team to maintain a clean, organized store, and contribute to a positive customer experience while meeting sales goals. Prior retail or customer service experience and comfort with POS systems are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Willingness to embrace new technology and maintain accuracy.
• Strong communication skills (oral & written).
• Self-motivated with ability to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plans and hit store objectives by nurturing existing customers and building new ones.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and aligning them with measurements to achieve the best vision solution.
• Take measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with an Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and build relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
