Eyemart Express in the United States is seeking an Optical Retail Sales Associate (Full Time) to help customers choose eyeglass frames, lenses and coatings. You will work with patients and assist with measurements, insurance claims, and processing payments, while maintaining confidentiality of patient files.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, product knowledge, and a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. This position is full-time and located in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Optical industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients selecting eyeglass frames, lenses and coatings.
• Process payments and refunds using our Point of Sale system.
• Educate patients on eyeglass care and prescription requirements.
• Process insurance claims and maintain patient files with confidentiality.
• Take measurements, prepare work orders, and ensure final products are accurate.
• Adjust and repair frames as needed and stock merchandise.
