Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience working in retail, customer service, or sales.
• Optical industry experience is preferred but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
• Process payment transactions and refunds.
• Process insurance claims efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
• Create and maintain patient files in accordance with HIPAA.
• Assess and interpret patient needs and wants.
• Take necessary measurements.
• Prepare work orders for the lab.
• Pull correct lenses according to work orders.
• Inspect final products for accuracy.
• Perform adjustments and repairs on frames.
• Price, stock, and straighten merchandise.
