Keplr Vision is seeking an Optician to guide patients in selecting eyewear that fits medical needs and personal style. You’ll provide thoughtful recommendations, perform frame fittings, and help patients see clearly while delivering excellent service.

No optical experience? Training is provided to help you succeed and grow within the company. We value a warm, coachable team player who adapts to busy workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Willingness to learn optical terminology and processes.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions and help patients choose eyewear to suit medical needs and style.
• Provide guidance on frame choices to ensure satisfaction with vision and look.
• Meet sales targets while delivering excellent patient service and addressing needs.
• Maintain eyewear inventory to ensure a strong frame and lens selection.
• Perform adjustments and repairs on eyewear with personalized service.
• Collaborate with physicians to address prescription questions.
