Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are required.

• Experience in optical or wholesale retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify Rx data entry and file orders according to procedures.
• Provide member service and explain exam fees and eyewear options.
• Take measurements and assist with frame selection and lens options.
• Ensure privacy and HIPAA compliance during service.
