Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking a licensed optician to dispense spectacles and optical products for adults and children, working with prescriptions from optometrists and ophthalmologists. You will advise on lenses, frames, size, and fit, ensuring accuracy in Rx processing and customer service.

In this full-time in-store role, you’ll measure, select frames, read prescriptions, and communicate clearly with members. Active state license and strong service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Active state optician license required.
• Experience dispensing eyewear and reading prescriptions.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verify Rx data and file orders accurately.
• Dispense spectacles and advise on lenses and frames.
• Measure and fit frames, explain exam fees and payments.
• Deliver service to members and meet sales targets.
