Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.)
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, coach, and train your team of sales representatives to execute effectively
• Hold team accountable for achieving results through coaching, performance management, and corrective action
• Explain the relationship of the team's work to the organization's mission, vision and values
• Develop and implement business plans and drive customer engagement to influence Eye Care Practitioners' behavior
