Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Assoc.+9 yrs.; M.S.+2 yrs.)
• Fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English
• 5 Years of Relevant Experience
• 3 Years of Demonstrated Leadership

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Hire, develop, coach, and train your team of sales representatives to execute effectively
• Drive Results: Hold team accountable for achieving results through coaching, performance management, and corrective action
• Communicate Vision: Explain the organization’s mission, vision, and values and how it relates to the team
• Execute Strategy: Develop and implement business plans and drive customer engagement to influence Eye Care Practitioners
