Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Undergraduate degree in business preferred.
• Experience mentoring sales and professional staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong planning, organization, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business operations and patient service across all district offices.
• Drive patient loyalty and revenue growth; manage KPIs.
• Control expenses and labor costs; monitor COGS.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting and staff development.
• Ensure SOP compliance and district-level audits.
