Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience or relevant training.
• Strong communication skills and ability to write short correspondence.
• Professional, courteous demeanor in customer interactions.
• Basic math and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Typing speed 35–40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, address customer concerns, and enter orders.
• Process price quotes, adjustments, cancellations, and shipping instructions.
• Provide written and verbal communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve shipping and delivery issues with internal teams.
• Manage late job lists and provide timely updates to customers.
• Collaborate with lab and inter-company laboratories to expedite solutions.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards to exceed expectations.
• Use courteous, professional language in a team environment.
• Offer support for returns, redos, and technical questions as needed.
• Act as a positive role model and support company objectives.
