Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a part-time Visionworks Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to be the friendly face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through the first steps of their eye care journey with human, bold service.

You will support preliminary testing, introduce patients to the OD, help transition from exam to sales floor, and assist with store operations such as restocking and answering phones to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preliminary testing and maintain patient records.
• Introduce patient to the OD and relay important information.
• Assist transition from exam to sales floor with product education and recommendations.
• Support store operations including restocking, cleaning equipment, and answering phones.
