Visionworks of America, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant to serve as the face of our Exam Practice and guide patients through the initial steps of their vision care journey.

You will be trained in eye health, preliminary testing, and our product/services, helping patients feel seen, heard, and confident in their choices. You will transition patients from exam to sales floor, support OD introductions, and assist with day-to-day store operations to maintain

Qualificações

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and provide associates necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs.
