Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Part Time Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant in Buford, GA to be the face of our exam practice, guiding patients through the Visionworks journey with warmth and expertise. You’ll perform preliminary testing, document records, introduce patients to the OD, assist on the sales floor, and support the store's exam lane maintenance, inventory, and phone coverage to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer or patient service is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and maintain records before testing.
• Assist with preliminary testing and orientation to the OD.
• Support the sales floor and educate customers on products.
• Handle daily tasks like restocking, cleaning equipment, and phone coverage.
