EssilorLuxottica is seeking an EyeCare Advisor for LensCrafters in Denton, TX. The part-time position focuses on delivering the LensCrafters experience, assisting customers with eyewear choices, tests, and services, and supporting the office and retail teams.

You will greet customers promptly, explain procedures, and maintain patient records with care, while working with the Optometrist and management to ensure high-quality care and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and eyewear products.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Organized with attention to detail and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and explain tests, products and services.
• Assist in frame and lens selection based on lifestyle and budget.
• Perform pre-examination testing with accuracy and detail.
• Maintain patient records in HIPAA-compliant fashion.
• Operate POS system and handle payments securely.
• Coordinate with Optometrist and Retail management as needed.
• Respond quickly to promotions and maintain store appearance.
