Eaton Orthopedics LLC is seeking a proactive Viscosupplement Injection Coordinator to verify patient benefits, obtain authorizations, and coordinate injectable medications in a busy orthopedic setting.

You will manage scheduling for initial and follow-up injections, document in the EHR, and assist with front desk tasks as needed. Prior authorizations and HIPAA compliance are essential in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a high-volume healthcare setting.
• Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or physical medicine preferred.
• Proficient with ICD-10, HCPCS and CPT codes for injections.
• Familiar with payer portals and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations for viscosupplementation.
• Coordinate delivery of injectable medications from specialty pharmacies.
• Schedule initial and follow-up injection appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the EHR with authorization numbers and dates.
• Assist with receptionist duties during peak times.
