Qualifications

• 1 year or more of experience in healthcare (scheduling, billing, call center, registration, financial counseling), required.
• High School diploma is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide high level customer service to patients.
• Prepare patient charts including history, physicals, labs, or radiology reports.
• Register new patients by collecting demographics and insurance information and verifying eligibility.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments and coordinate with physician teams.
• Coordinate interpreters for deaf or non-English speaking patients.
