Responsibilities include coordinating visa workflows, liaising with external counsel, and maintaining accurate work visa files. This role supports employees through immigration and work authorization while upholding strict confidentiality and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 1+ year of HR coordination experience in a tech environment.
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration compliance and case lifecycle management.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to tackle challenging tasks with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve visa services processes with accurate case tracking and data integrity.
• Initiate visas and permanent residence cases with outside legal counsel.
• Create and maintain documents and work visa files.
• Act as a resource for the immigration team, employees and HR professionals.
• Coordinate Labor Condition Application (LCA) processes and notices.
• Answer basic U.S. immigration questions from employees and HR professionals.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure SLAs are met.
• Assist with data audits and analytical interpretation of data.
