Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Immigration Data Analyst to support the US Visa Services team, focusing on immigration and mobility domains. You will work with domestic and global stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliant workflows across the visa lifecycle.

Responsibilities include building SOPs, analyzing large datasets, tracking case metrics, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced tech

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Knowledge of U.S. immigration compliance requirements or experience supporting U.S. employment-based immigration programs.
• Ability to analyze complex datasets using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Power BI, and Power Apps to identify trends and risks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking and data integrity.
• Partner with Immigration team on status changes impacting work authorization.
• Build scalable SOPs for intake, approvals, vendor coordination, and escalations; develop FAQs, templates, and stakeholder guidance materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to prevent unauthorized employment exposure.
• Interpret data from large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies; monitor case-level metrics (timeliness, RFE trends, denial rates).
• Audit data to determine insights for stakeholders and assist with data audits and invoice reviews as required.
