Job summary

Atlys is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support end-to-end visa application processing. You will verify documents, track progress, and coordinate with consulates and internal teams to keep cases moving, ensuring accuracy and timely outcomes.

The role is on-site and requires ownership and speed in a hands-on operations environment, with a 6-day work week and close collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, travel, immigration or similar execution-heavy role.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the visa process by explaining requirements, documentation and next steps.
• Review and verify visa applications for accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
• Coordinate with consulates, embassies and internal teams to move applications and resolve delays.
• Track applications closely and proactively update customers on status and required actions.
• Protect customer data and ensure a smooth end-to-end experience from submission to outcome.
