Atlys is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support end-to-end visa application processing. You will verify documents, track progress, and coordinate with consulates and internal teams to keep cases moving, ensuring accuracy and timely outcomes.

The role is on-site and requires ownership and speed in a hands-on operations environment, with a 6-day work week and close collaboration with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

The Role

We’re looking for a Fulfillment Associate to support the end-to-end processing of visa applications and ensure every case moves smoothly from submission to outcome.

You’ll work closely with customers, internal teams, consulates and embassies to verify documents, manage application progress and resolve issues quickly.

This is a hands-on, on-ground operations role where accuracy, ownership and speed matter every day. The role is based in-office and operates on a 6-day work week.

The Job

• Guide customers through the visa process by clearly explaining requirements, documentation and next steps.
• Review and verify visa applications to ensure documents are accurate, complete and compliant with relevant guidelines.
• Coordinate with consulates, embassies and internal teams to keep applications moving and resolve issues that could cause delays.
• Track every application closely and proactively update customers on status, missing information or required action.
• Deliver reliable, high-quality execution by protecting customer data, maintaining accuracy and ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish.

• Have 1+ years of experience in operations, customer service, travel, immigration or a similar execution-heavy role.
• Are highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases without losing accuracy.

• Are comfortable using digital tools, learning new systems and following structured processes.
• Take strong ownership, solve problems quickly and stay reliable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
