Job summary

Atlys is seeking a Fulfilment Intern to support end-to-end visa application processing and learn how high-quality travel operations work at scale. Based in-office, you will work with the regional operations team to review applications, track cases, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide customers through the visa process.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the visa process by communicating requirements and next steps.

• Maintain data confidentiality and contribute to a smooth start-to-finish experience.

We’re building an AI-first platform that removes friction and uncertainty from travel. To date, we’ve processed visas for 1M+ travellers across 127 countries. But we’re still early.

The Role

We’re looking for a Fulfilment Intern to support the end-to-end processing of visa applications and learn how high-quality travel operations work at scale.

You’ll work closely with our regional operations team to review applications, track cases, coordinate across stakeholders and support customers through the visa process. This is a hands-on, on-ground internship where attention to detail, reliability and a willingness to learn matter every day. The role is based in-office and operates on a 6-day work week.

The Job

• Support customers through the visa process by helping communicate requirements, documentation and next steps.
• Review visa documentation for completeness and accuracy, escalating issues or missing information when needed.
• Coordinate across teams and external stakeholders to help keep applications moving and support communication with consulates and embassies.
• Track application progress closely and help ensure customers receive timely updates on status and required actions.
• Support accurate and reliable execution by maintaining customer data confidentiality and contributing to a smooth experience from start to finish.
