Job summary

Atlys is seeking a Fulfilment Intern to support end-to-end visa application processing and learn how high-quality travel operations work at scale. Based in-office, you will work with the regional operations team to review applications, track cases, coordinate with stakeholders, and guide customers through the visa process.

Responsibilities

• Support customers through the visa process by communicating requirements and next steps.
• Review visa documentation for completeness and accuracy, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate across teams and external stakeholders to move applications forward.
• Track application progress and provide timely status updates to customers.
• Maintain data confidentiality and contribute to a smooth start-to-finish experience.
