Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT/Computing.
• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise virtualization and cloud technologies.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams, projects, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong experience with Citrix Cloud, Citrix DaaS, CVAD, XenApp/XenDesktop, Azure, Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, and related end-user/computing technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of virtualization and cloud engineers; set priorities and performance expectations.
• Own strategy, roadmap, lifecycle management, and operational support for virtual desktop and app-delivery platforms.
• Oversee platform operations, incident response, and disaster recovery with a focus on security and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with security, architecture, networking, and application teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Partner with vendors and manage licensing, contracts, and optimization efforts.
