Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a Transition Services Liaison for OHVA, a virtual role with travel.

The position supports high school students transitioning to post-secondary options, assists with IEP and college registration, and collaborates with family liaisons to provide life skills guidance across multiple districts. Requires Ohio Paraprofessional Certification and an Associate degree in Social Services, plus experience in customer service.

Qualifications

• State of Ohio Paraprofessional Certification.
• Associate Degree in Social Services AND 1+ years in customer service or equivalent.
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio).
• Web proficiency.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with agencies within an assigned geographic region regarding college preparation and life skills.
• Assist with college registration, Ohio Core requirements, work study, and post-secondary options for students with disabilities.
• Assist with IEP team activities and post-secondary surveys as required.
• Educate families on outreach programs and job search resources in their region.
