Stride, Inc. is seeking a Transition Services Liaison for OHVA, a virtual role with travel.
The position supports high school students transitioning to post-secondary options, assists with IEP and college registration, and collaborates with family liaisons to provide life skills guidance across multiple districts. Requires Ohio Paraprofessional Certification and an Associate degree in Social Services, plus experience in customer service.
The Transition Services Liaison is responsible for ensuring communication and cooperation of students participating in a transition track and assisting students with the transition from high school to post-secondary education/training as appropriate.
Start Date: 26/27 school year, Immediately.
Certificates and Licenses: State of Ohio Paraprofessional Certification.
Residency Requirements: Ohio residents preferred; consider applicants from a surrounding state to Ohio within one hundred miles from the Ohio border. Border states include Michigan, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Kentucky, and Indiana. Applicants must be able to meet travel requirements and be willing and able to obtain Ohio Certification.

The noise level at meeting locations throughout the state is typically moderate and should not vary much from what is experienced in the home office.
