Job summary

Blue Sky Bank is seeking an on-site Virtual Teller/ITM Teller in Tulsa, OK. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers across the bank, delivering friendly, professional service through phone, video, and digital channels.

In this role you will perform ITM teller transactions, support account openings and maintenance, and assist customers with digital banking needs while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of banking and/or call center experience required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Bilingual English and Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers across bank branches via phone, video, and digital channels.
• Perform ITM virtual/video teller transactions across multiple branch locations.
• Open and maintain consumer and business deposit accounts.
• Assist customers with digital banking and online/mobile support.
• Process teller transactions and balance cash daily.
