Job summary

Fullmind is seeking a California TVI-certified educator for a remote 1099 contract role. Sessions are 30 minutes weekly, 8:30 AM to 3 PM PST, with negotiable hourly rates of $45-$50. Immediate start upon completing the application process.

As part of our educator pool, you will select openings via our portal, deliver instruction, develop lesson plans, track progress, and participate in district PD sessions. Requires US work authorization and TVI certification; remote, contract position.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Active Arizona TVI certification required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional teaching experience.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.

Responsibilities

• Access our educator portal to select openings.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning with relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator when present.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active , Arizona state Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
