Job summary

Fullmind connects educators with U.S. schools to deliver live-streamed instruction to students. As a Fullmind educator, you join a pool and choose postings as they become available from partner districts.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with immediate start dates once you complete the application process; work from home on a district calendar, with a typical daily rate of $350–$360 and EST schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Active New York State SWD certification.
• Active Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional educator experience.

Responsibilities

• Access educator portal to select the jobs you take on.
• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.
• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active New York state Student with Disabilities certification with Teacher of the Visually Impaired certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
