Job summary

Fullmind is seeking qualified educators for a fully remote, 1099 contract role. Daily rate: $36-40/hr; rates negotiable. California certification required; must be authorized to work in the United States.

Immediate start dates depend on placement. As a Fullmind educator, you’ll join our pool, access the educator portal to select openings matching your certification, deliver virtual instruction, develop lesson plans, track student progress, and participate in district PD sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have valid California Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe Support Needs certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator.
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + background check as part of the application process.

Responsibilities

• Teach the school's curriculum on the district's virtual platform.
• Develop lesson plans aligned with the class curriculum.
• Foster creativity and excitement in the virtual learning environment.
• Engage and nurture student learning through relationship-focused strategies.
• Track student grades and performance.
• Attend district PD sessions and faculty meetings.

As a Fullmind educator, you will:

• Partner with the in-class facilitator physically present with students

• Must beauthorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certificationin one of the areas above.
• Minimum of3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have aBachelor's Degreefrom an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background checkas part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
