Job summary

Fullmind is seeking qualified educators for remote 1099 contract roles across U.S. school partners. You will deliver live virtual instruction, guide students to course completion, and develop lesson plans aligned with each district curriculum.

Applicants must hold an active state teaching certification in the United States and have a minimum of three years of professional teaching experience. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required, along with a reliable home tech setup

Job description

Daily Rate: $36-40/hr; rates are negotiable and subject to change. Fully remote, 1099 contract opportunity. Hours vary throughout the day and week. Valid California Mild to Moderate or Moderate to Severe Support Needs certification is required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

The Role

Join our educator pool and get access to our portal, where you can select job openings that match your certification as they become available from our school and district partners. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position following the school district's calendar. Immediate start dates depend on available placements once you've completed the application process.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States and currently hold an active, USA state-issued teaching certification in one of the areas above.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional educator
• Must have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university.
• Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, headset, and reliable internet access.
• Participate in a virtual skills teaching demonstration + submit a background check as part of the application process.
• Prior online teaching experience is a plus!
