Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Tax Associate to assist customers with tax preparation, filing, and questions across phone, video, and chat. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to accurate tax outcomes while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include explaining forms, deductions, and filing requirements, reviewing returns for accuracy, and maintaining complete records. Prior tax prep experience and PTIN are preferred for peak season readiness.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of paid Tax Preparation experience.
• Minimum 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns prepared.
• Active PTIN required.
• Knowledge of federal individual income tax returns.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be available to work during peak (April 10-15).

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer tax support across phone, video, and chat with guidance on forms, deductions, and credits.
• Maintain quality metrics for tNPS, SQS, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Review tax returns for accuracy and identify tax-saving opportunities.
• Deliver product expertise on TurboTax products and tax filing.
• Educate customers with clear tax concepts and outcomes.
• Document interactions and ensure up-to-date records.
• Ensure confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Support peak season operations with schedule adherence.
