Qualifications

• Minimum 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns prepared.
• Active PTIN
• Knowledge of federal individual income tax returns.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Must be available to work during peak (April 10-15).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer tax support via phone, video, and chat with guidance on forms, deductions, credits, and filing requirements.
• Maintain quality benchmarks for tNPS and SQS scores, productivity, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Review customer tax returns for accuracy and identify potential errors or tax-saving opportunities.
• Deliver product expertise by guiding customers through TurboTax features and resolving issues.
• Explain tax concepts and outcomes clearly while providing empathetic service.
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in required systems.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with security and regulatory policies; complete required training.
• Support peak season operations with schedule adherence and flexibility.
