The role emphasizes conducting tax interviews (in-person and virtual), preparing returns, and supporting client relations during peak season. A CPA/EA or equivalent credentials are preferred, with opportunities for mentorship and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification preferred.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership) and tax planning.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tax interviews with clients in-person or via video, phone, or chat.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support.
• Mentor and support teammates.
