Responsibilities

Communicate student services, retention and degree completion.
Work independently within a collaborative environment.
Assist students in setting goals and follow up.
Monitor academic progress and intervene when at risk.
Refer students to university resources including Registrar, Financial Aid, Career and Calling, and tutoring services.
Respond to emails within 24 business hours, aim for same day when possible.
Provide customer service and support for new and matriculated students.
Assist with special projects and duties as assigned by Director.
Other duties as assigned.
