Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide teletherapy services to students in an educational setting. This fully remote, independent contractor role supports student success in communication and learning.

Qualified candidates hold an active SLP license, a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, and CCC-SLP credentials. This contract-based position offers flexible scheduling and US-based remote work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active licensure and 1+ year of SLP experience.
• License must be active in NM or in the state of residence if outside NM.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation per school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed.

Job description

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) School located in New Mexico

Position Type: Contract (1099)

Schedule: Full Time preferred (30-40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $48-$54/Hour, paid weekly

About The Role

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed

Qualifications

• New Mexico SLP License (Must be licensed in state of residence if outside of New Mexico)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)

Experience Working In School-based Settings Strongly Preferred

• Familiarity with IEP processes and educational compliance requirements
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
