Job summary

Soliant is seeking a qualified Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to provide teletherapy to students in a fully remote setting. This is an independent contractor (1099) role supporting school-based services in Ohio while offering flexible scheduling and autonomy.

Applicants must hold an active Ohio SLP license (or state of residence license), CCC-SLP, and a master’s degree in SLP. Prior school-based IEP experience and reliable tech are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• CCC-SLP certification is required.
• Active Ohio SLP license (or license in state of residence if outside Ohio).

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations for students.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and treatment plans.
• Provide engaging teletherapy sessions aligned with educational standards.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Monitor student progress and participate in virtual IEP meetings as needed.

Job description

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Location: Remote (U.S.-based required) School located in Ohio

Position Type: Contract (1099)

Schedule: Full Time preferred (30-40 Hours/Week)

Compensation: $48-$56/Hour, paid weekly
