Job summary

iLEAD Exploration is seeking a Long Term Sub, SpEd Teacher to provide specialized instruction for students with IEPs in a general education setting. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and credentials required by state
• California SPED licensure and AAAS credential required
• Student-teaching or internship completion mandatory
• Experience educating students with disabilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes and collaboration with teams

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement IEPs in collaboration with the IEP Team
• Provide targeted instruction per IEP services and measurable goals
• Case manage IEPs and track progress toward annual goals
• Collaborate with parents, facilitators, admins and CARE Team
• Adapt lessons for inclusive learning environments and monitor progress
• Communicate with families regularly about student progress
• Utilize edu tech and assessments to document outcomes
• Support SST processes and intervention planning
